You receive an online profile
Each incarcerated individual receives an online profile that displays who they are and gives others a way to connect with them.
People can connect with you through the website
Family, friends, and approved users can sign up through the website to connect with you. Once they have an account, they can send you text messages and voice messages.
People can text your Stay Connected phone number directly
Users with an active account can also send text messages directly to your Stay Connected phone number.
You call your Stay Connected number to retrieve messages
To check your messages, you call your Stay Connected Plus number using your facility's prepaid phone service. We only accept prepaid facility calls — never collect calls. Our system automatically learns to accept your facility's prepaid calls, so you don't have to do anything complicated. It recognizes you as the account holder, asks for your four-digit PIN, and guides you through the menu.
You can listen to voice messages and retrieve text messages
Once inside the phone system, you can retrieve your voice messages and text messages from the people connected to your account.
You can reply in real time
You can reply to messages through the phone system, and your replies are sent back to the user as text messages on their phone.
You can post, get notified, and use Stacy
The guided phone menu lets you check messages and notifications, post updates to your profile, and navigate every option by voice. It also includes Stacy, your built-in AI assistant, who can answer questions, share current information, and help you get the most out of the system — included free.
